We know you want what’s best for your baby, and so do we!

There is so much to learn with a new little person at home, and we’re here to take the guesswork out of cloth diapering for you by using methods and products that we’ve tested in real life. We use products that are proven to be gentle and safe for baby and simple for you. The ABC’s below will walk you through the basics so you can be confident that at least that diaper thing is covered.

We’re here to do the dirty work!

The Reusable Cover

The diaper covers are the waterproof and adorable part that hold things all together. No pins necessary! With double-gusset elastic around the legs and adjustable snap fronts, you can get exactly the right fit for your baby.

  • Once your prefold is folded and nestled into the cover, it resembles the disposable diaper shape you might be more familiar with, making diaper changes a snap!

  • Speaking of snaps… Since babies come in all shapes and sizes, the snaps on the front of your covers allow you to customize the fit to your baby.

  • Making sure all of the prefold is securely inside the waterproof diaper cover minimizes leaks and blowouts. The double gusset elastic around the legs creates an added line of defense against messes.

  • The covers can be reused with new prefolds. We suggest alternating covers: let the used one air out while you put a fresh one on your baby. Sometimes, in spite of our best efforts, blowouts happen. Just throw those dirty covers into the wet bag and we’ll wash them for you.

  • Your delivery will include enough covers for a week, in an assortment of cute, gender-neutral designs. They can be reused throughout the week, so there are fewer of them.

The Prefold Diaper

We use organic, unbleached cotton prefolds. They are made with eight layers of organic, unbleached cotton gauze, for super absorbency and comfort.

  • As their name suggests, they are the part that is folded and placed inside the diaper cover, closest to your baby’s bum. Folding them not only customizes the fit for your baby, it creates extra layers of absorbent cotton, right where you need them!

  • They are the part of your baby’s diaper that does most of the dirty work. When you change diapers, wet prefolds can be thrown directly into your wet bag. Messier diapers should be given a quick rinse in the toilet to remove any solids and then throw them into the wet bag, too!

  • Your delivery will include enough prefolds for a week of diaper changes, plus a little wiggle room.

The Dirty Work

The beauty of our system is that you can throw all your dirties in your wet bag and forget about them until delivery day!

  • Your clean diapers are delivered in a clean wet bag that is tagged with your name. This wet bag is where you’ll throw all of your dirty diapers and covers throughout the week. It’s waterproof, with a drawstring closure to keep it all inside. On your delivery day, set the whole thing outside and we’ll swap it for a clean bag full of fresh diapers and covers.

  • Your delivery will also include a mini wet bag for when you’re on the go. It’s the same waterproof wet bag you use at home, but small enough to throw in your diaper bag. We’ll wash this and replace it for you every week, too!

  • Our wash process starts with a soak in an organic enzyme cleaner that lifts stains and kills bacteria. After the soak, we wash everything with an organic, scent and dye free detergent that is specifically formulated for protecting your baby’s most sensitive skin.

  • We keep your diapers, covers and bags together during the washing process, so your baby has their very own set of diaper supplies throughout the whole process. No sharing diapers!
